Introducing Henry Hopkins, the Co-founder and Director of training and development consultancy, Accelerator Solutions Limited!

Following a successful career in senior management for companies like Sony, Lex and Hertz, Henry took the leap and left corporate life behind in 2000.

Funnily enough our founder Rachel Dugdale's dad Philip Newborough connected Henry with Heidi Daniell who together started Accelerator 24 years ago.

Under their leadership, Accelerator‘s team has grown to its current position as a leading provider of training & development and research solutions to organisations in the UK and internationally. They’ve worked with over 400 clients in various industries including Foxtons, The Gym Group and Hitachi, as well as with organisations in the utilities, transport and public services sectors, helping businesses become recognised leaders through their customer service reputation and company culture.

Through his focus and determination, Accelerator have not only survived but emerged stronger following challenges such as the financial crisis of 2008 and the more recent pandemic.
